1. Do I need a patch test?

Yes. A consultation form must be completed before we send your patch test. The patch test is sent 1 week before your appointment.

  • A negative result means it is safe to proceed.
  • A reaction means we cannot perform the treatment and your £100 deposit will be refunded.
  • If you waive the patch test, we will not send a kit and you must sign a waiver.
2. What’s the deposit amount?

£100 is required to secure your booking.

3. Where are you based?

We are located at 104 Harley Street, London W1G 7JD.

4. How long do results last?

Typically 12–18 months, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

5. What aftercare is required?

Avoid water, sweat, steam, sun exposure, makeup, and harsh skincare products for 4–7 days. Do not pick the treated area.

6. Are treatments painful?

Most clients experience only mild discomfort, managed with numbing products.

7. Do you use my data for marketing?

With your consent, we may use your data for Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and email marketing. You can opt out at any time.
